Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of the Socialhook site and any products or services purchased through it.

1. Products and services

Socialhook may sell digital education products, downloadable files, advertising services, and related consulting or operational support. Product pages, proposals, or order forms may add service-specific details.

2. Educational and operational responsibility

Material sold through the site is provided for informational and commercial use by the buyer. You remain responsible for how you use any strategies, systems, or operational advice, including compliance with laws, platform rules, advertising policies, and third-party contract terms.

3. Orders and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we identify at checkout. Prices, currencies, taxes, and product scope are those shown at the time of purchase.

4. Digital delivery

For digital products, delivery may happen immediately after payment through download links, account access, email fulfilment, or another electronic method.

5. Refunds and withdrawal rights

Refund handling is described in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply by law.

6. Licence and permitted use

Unless a product page or written agreement says otherwise, digital products are licensed to the purchaser on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for internal use. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or share paid content except where we have given written permission.

7. Suspension and abuse

We may suspend or revoke access where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, credential sharing, abuse of download access, chargeback abuse, or other material misuse of the service.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialhook is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our total liability in relation to a product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where law does not allow such a limitation.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of purchase or use applies unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
