Refund policy.

This policy applies to digital products sold through Socialhook, including downloadable files delivered immediately after payment.

1. Digital products

The Cloaking Guide PDF is digital content supplied electronically. If the checkout flow asks you to start delivery immediately and to acknowledge that this ends your withdrawal right, that digital delivery starts as soon as we provide access.

2. Refunds we will normally grant

• If you were charged more than once for the same order.
• If you did not receive access and we cannot correct delivery within a reasonable time.
• If the order was placed fraudulently or in obvious error and the product was not accessed.

3. Digital-download access and withdrawal

If no download or access has taken place, contact us promptly and we will review the request under the consumer rules that apply to your purchase. If the checkout flow did not correctly capture any required consent or acknowledgement for immediate digital delivery, any mandatory withdrawal rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.

4. Agency and ad-account services

Services, retainers, and ad-account engagements are governed by their own proposal, order form, or client agreement.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. If a chargeback is opened, we may suspend access to the delivered product while the dispute is being reviewed.
